Introducing our partnership with the Tour in association with TaylorMade
We’re delighted to announce that My Friendly Golf Club, the UK wide WhatsApp Golf Club, has partnered with the NCG Top 100s Tour, which runs in association with TaylorMade. It brings our community closer to a calendar of golf days worth making time for, with opportunities to explore new courses and enjoy them alongside fellow MFGC members.
If there’s a course you’ve always wanted to play, or you’ve been waiting for someone to join you on a golf trip, this is a good reason to get a date in the diary.
A natural fit for our digital clubhouse
MFGC is built around the people you share the game with. Our ambition is to create a digital clubhouse where golfers can find playing partners, exchange recommendations and make more of their time on the course.
MFGC is free to join and welcomes everyone with an appetite for enjoying golf. Whether you’re new to the game, returning after a break or a regular on the course, there’s a place for you in the community.
Partnering with NCG helps us put that into practice. NCG organises and runs the events; MFGC gives you a community to enjoy them with. We’ll share the opportunities with our members, and you can use the community to see who else is interested, discuss travel plans and arrange to meet on the day.
NCG has also confirmed that MFGC members will be paired together on the day, helping turn shared plans into rounds enjoyed together.
A new benefit for MFGC members
As part of the partnership, MFGC members receive 10% off any UK NCG Top 100s Tour event or package throughout 2027. The discount applies to repeat bookings, allowing members to use it across the season.
You must be an MFGC member to unlock the discount. Join MFGC for free to access the member booking details, which are shared within the MFGC WhatsApp community. The Le Touquet package in France is excluded.
What to expect at an NCG event
The NCG Top 100s Tour runs in partnership with TaylorMade. Alongside the opportunity to play outstanding courses, members can look forward to food, live scoring, competition prizes and courtesy gifts from TaylorMade. Food arrangements and gifts can vary, so check the individual event listing for its exact inclusions.
NCG’s events use an individual Stableford format and welcome men and women. Independent golfers can also compete for prizes with an official handicap. The Tour’s published handicap index limit is 24.0; players above that can enter but are reduced to 24.0 for the event. Read how NCG events work.
Start planning your next golf day
Choose a single event that catches your eye or look at a run of nearby dates for a longer trip. Share your shortlist in the MFGC WhatsApp community before booking: another member may be looking for exactly the same excuse to get away.
The NCG Top 100s Tour will form the core of MFGC’s 2027 schedule, complemented by two MFGC Signature/Major events. Further details of those events will be announced separately.
From Royal St George’s and Royal Porthcawl to Woodhall Spa, St Enodoc and Machrihanish, the published calendar offers opportunities to explore courses across England, Scotland and Wales.
