More experiences from our members
“I turned up at Woburn on my own and wondered whether everyone would already know each other. A chat over breakfast soon settled the nerves. By the first tee, I felt part of the group.”
James White — Woburn.
“Celtic Manor had been on my list for ages, but finding people to go with was always the issue. It was lovely to share the day with golfers who were just as excited to be there.”
Sophie Bennett — Celtic Manor.
“A quick message asking who fancied The Belfry over the coming weeks turned into a proper plan. We quickly agreed on the Brabazon, which made organising it straightforward.”
Daniel Whittaker — The Belfry.
“I was looking for friendly company rather than a serious competition. Walking around Cleeve Hill, chatting between shots and laughing at the occasional awful bounce was exactly my kind of golf. Stunning views”
Emma Collins — Cleeve Hill.
“I’d always hoped to experience Wentworth. Having people to share the anticipation - and talk through every hole afterwards - made it feel like more than just another round. Very thankful for this community”
Oliver Hayes — Wentworth.
“Bearwood Lakes was a special day, but the company was what stayed with me. Nobody made a fuss about a bad shot, and there was plenty of encouragement when someone hit a good one.”
Charlotte Reed — Bearwood Lakes.
